Responsibilities:
- Excellent organization and project management skills this will require aggressive planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.
- Undertake competency and skills gap analysis at various functions thus ensuring that talented people are made available at all organizational levels.
- Design and deliver innovative, integrated and engaging leadership development programs that address key development areas for the businesses we support.
- Engage closely with both business and HR stakeholders to ensure strong understanding of the business context, consult on talent development asks and garner sponsorship for recommended solutions.
- Run learning engagements with clients at the centers: driving and conducting needs analysis,
creating learning plans/roadmaps, execution, reporting and audit of existing programs.
- Oversee all operational activities for India L&D; this implies end to end ownership for the design and deployment of all programs across various levels offered as part of the monthly training calendars.
- Strengthen internal processes for branding and communication, needs identification, driving nominations, internal facilitator management and reporting dashboards and metrics.
- Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements and drive team to implement such projects.
- Should be passionate about developing others, and in creating development frameworks that scale.
- This role requires content development and facilitation expertise.
- Adept at understanding customer needs and facilitating discussions with various stakeholders.
- Technology savvy with ability to interact with external vendors on technical aspects of solutions.
- Undertake leadership capability building initiatives such as soft skills trainings.
- Undertake leadership assessment centers on a regular basis to identify high potential leaders across all layers.
- Develop fast track programs and undertaking career planning and progression discussion with high potential employees.
- Develop training workshops for management level employees in the form of technical, managerial and soft skills building.
- Identify external training programs or training consultants and ensuring that employees are either sent to such training programs or institutionalizing these programs.
- Develop process related/technical training programs for shop floor employees.
- Implement all training courses as per the scheduled timelines.
- Responsible to manage end to end process/product training needs of the aligned process.
- To ensure that efficiency and effectiveness standards are consistently maintained in the Process Training team.
- Ensure training performance parameters are met.
- Identify opportunities & drive training initiatives to improve SLAs / C-SAT.
- Develop program interventions based on TNA for existing employees.
- Responsible for the documentation and relevance of the training content.
- Engagement with the client and ensure that timely updates communicated to the client as and when required.
