Vice President - Total Rewards Compensation & Benefits

Work Location: Mohali HQ

Work Schedule: 5 days work from office schedule

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.

- Design and administer benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding salaries, benefits, and other employment-related matters.

- Position reports to CPO.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 12-18 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or related field (HR).

- Strong knowledge of RCM/BPO industry trends and best practices in Compensation & Benefits management.

- Proven expertise in developing effective compensation strategies using tools like RCAs (Regular Cost Analysis) or similar methods.

- Experience with Indian C&B (Mandatory) with either US or Philipins C&B.

- Mandatory to handle 10K headcount and capable to scale it to 15 to 18 K headcount.
