Vice President - TPRM Portfolio Lead:

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced TPRM Portfolio Lead to lead a Supplier Management portfolio and support the India and Global Third Party Risk Management teams. The role will manage global suppliers across technology, software, network and business services, while driving risk management, governance, controls and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Third Party Risk Management and Supplier Management activities.

- Oversee third-party performance, KPIs, controls, risk and remediation activities.

- Manage the end-to-end TPRM lifecycle including onboarding, inherent risk assessment, due diligence, continuous monitoring and third-party exit.

- Identify, assess, document and mitigate third-party risks and control issues.

- Drive contract, commercial and supplier management activities.

- Partner with Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit and other senior stakeholders.

- Support regulatory engagements, reviews and examinations.

- Develop and implement medium- to long-term TPRM strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Maintain accurate third-party risk profiles and ensure timely remediation of identified issues.

- Lead complex teams and provide strategic direction, coaching and guidance.

- Influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities across global functions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate or Post-Graduate qualification.

- Strong experience in Third Party Risk Management, Supplier Management, Risk Management, Procurement, Strategic Leadership or Project Leadership.

- Strong understanding of TPRM risk and control frameworks, processes, assurance and contractual/commercial arrangements.

- Experience managing complex teams and strategic initiatives.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to third-party risk within the financial services industry.

- Experience working with senior global stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit and Control functions.

- Strong analytical, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to identify emerging risks, analyse root causes and drive remediation.

- Experience within banking, insurance or financial services is preferred.

Good to Have:

- Experience in Technology, BPO or Business Services TPRM.

- Knowledge of contractual and commercial arrangements.

- IT Risk Management - Cybersecurity - Compliance knowledge.

- Experience with global supplier management environments.
