Role Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished technology leader to head our India technology organization. This role will lead a 1000+ member technology workforce across Engineering, IT Operations, Security, and AI transformation while partnering closely with global leadership to drive operational excellence, innovation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a large technology organization of 1000+ professionals across Engineering, IT Operations, and Security.
- Drive engineering excellence, delivery predictability, and operational stability.
- Lead enterprise-wide AI/GenAI adoption across engineering, SDLC, and technology operations.
- Partner with global technology, product, and business leaders to execute strategic initiatives.
- Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams while driving talent development and succession planning.
- Ensure strong governance, security, compliance, and operational resilience.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI, and modern engineering practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 20+ years of technology leadership experience in large enterprise organizations.
- Proven experience managing 1000+ technology professionals.
- Strong leadership across Software Engineering, IT Operations, and Technology Delivery.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI adoption and enterprise-scale technology transformation.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong career stability is mandatory.
Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech from IIT (Mandatory).
