Vice President - Technology

Role Overview:

MUST - IIT + IIM (Mandatory: at least one full-time degree from these institutes)

Must have 20+ years of leadership experience in Technology, with a large team of 1000+ tech professionals and expertise in AI tools and technologies.

As the Vice President - Technology, you will serve as a pivotal leader driving the technological vision and operational excellence for our India operations. You will oversee the entire software engineering lifecycle, IT infrastructure, and security frameworks while spearheading the integration of cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI initiatives. Working closely with the global executive leadership team, board members, and cross-functional department heads, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-impact technical solutions. Your leadership will directly influence our competitive positioning, ensuring that our digital ecosystem remains resilient, innovative, and aligned with long-term business outcomes for our global client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that leverages Large Language Models and AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency and product innovation.

- Direct large-scale IT operations and software engineering teams, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous delivery, and technical excellence to meet aggressive business milestones.

- Champion organizational Change Management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and agile methodologies across diverse business units.

- Oversee Information Security and compliance protocols to safeguard corporate assets and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.

- Manage complex, multi-million-dollar programs by aligning technical resources with strategic priorities to ensure timely delivery and optimal return on investment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor large, geographically dispersed engineering organizations, with a proven track record in Leadership Development and building high-trust, high-output teams.

- Expert-level proficiency in modern software engineering practices, coupled with a deep understanding of how to integrate Generative AI and LLMs into enterprise-grade applications.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical board members and executive peers.

- Strong background in managing robust IT operations and information security frameworks, ensuring 24/7 system availability and regulatory compliance.

- Proven experience in navigating large-scale organizational transformations, demonstrating the agility to adapt to hybrid work environments across Chennai and Delhi NCR.
