Vice President - Technology

Role Overview:

This is a highly visible role requiring strong people leadership, operational rigor, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.

India Technology Leadership & Operations:

- Own overall health, performance, and scalability of technology operations in India.

- Lead and manage a large, multi-disciplinary workforce including engineering, IT operations, and security.

- Ensure operational stability, delivery predictability, and execution discipline across all India-based technology teams.

Global Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Operate as a core member of the Global Technology Leadership Team.

- Partner closely with global product, engineering, operations, and security leaders.

- Communicate clearly and credibly with executive leadership on performance, risks, and outcomes.

AI & Intelligent Automation Leadership:

- Own enterprise adoption of AI/GenAI across engineering, operations, and delivery in India.

- Embed AI into SDLC and IT operations to materially improve productivity, quality, and speed.

- Partner with global leaders to scale AI-powered capabilities in client-facing products and internal workflows.
