- We're looking for a Head of Product with 15+ years of experience who can lead this transformation from vision to scale.
What You'll Lead:
- Define and drive the product strategy for our AI-powered recruitment and talent-matching platform.
- Build advanced modules around job discovery, candidate sourcing, automated matching, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle, from user research to execution and feedback loops.
What You Bring:
- 15+ years of product leadership experience in SaaS or platform product companies.
- Hands-on exposure to HRTech, including HRMS, ATS, or recruitment systems.
- Strong technical background - comfortable working with AWS architecture, DevOps pipelines, and coding fundamentals.
- Proven ability to work with AI/ML teams and ship intelligent, scalable products.
- A builder mindset with a strong bias for action, user empathy, and product intuition.
