Vice President - Tech - SportsTech Firm

What you'll own:

- Lead and manage the entire tech function - strategy, execution, and delivery.

- Set up best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and scalability.

- Architect and oversee new feature development to ensure performance and reliability.

- Mentor and upskill a young, enthusiastic team of developers.

- Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate vision into tech solutions.

- Take ownership of system performance, security, and scalability as organization grows.

What we're looking for:

- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years leading teams.

- Strong hands-on expertise in modern tech stacks (Node.js, React, AWS, microservices, databases).

- Proven experience scaling consumer-facing or marketplace products.

- Ability to establish and enforce development best practices.

- A builder's mindset - comfortable switching between strategy and execution.

- Great communicator and mentor who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments.
