Job Title: Vice President - Taxation

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to join our Transfer Pricing team. This role is predominantly advisory in nature, focusing on business and finance partnering to minimize risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and applying OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines and local legislation to support our global operations.

Total Experience: 12-18 years

Key Accountabilities:

- Provide transfer pricing advisory and support for the setting, testing, and defense of transfer pricing policies.

- Support global cost recharge processes.

- Prepare group transfer pricing documentation, including the group master file and local files.

- Work on global transfer pricing initiatives and projects, such as data sourcing and governance model evolution.

Performance Goals:

- Provide support and guidance to global business units and functions to meet transfer pricing arm's length requirements and ensure compliance with group principles and OECD guidelines.

- Draft Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation to evidence and support arm's length pricing across global business and functions.

- Assist with evidence gathering for tax authority and regulatory audits.

Stakeholder Management:

- Provide support and guidance to internal colleagues regarding transfer pricing to enable them to meet their arm's length and risk obligations.

Leadership & Teamwork:

- Stay abreast of changes and developments in the field of transfer pricing and advise management on implications and steps necessary for compliance with OECD and local requirements.

Operational Effectiveness & Control:

- Maintain internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points and issues raised by regulators.

- Support the team in compliance with accounting policies and controls.

- Maintain awareness of operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation, and control, in accordance with group policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Education: Chartered Accountant (or equivalent qualification).

Experience: 8-10 years of transfer pricing advisory experience.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Financial Services sector.
