We're partnering with a rapidly growing global organization to hire a Vice President Talent Acquisition to lead enterprise hiring strategy and large-scale recruitment operations across multiple international markets.
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Experience: Senior TA Leadership - Global Hiring
What we're looking for:
- Experience leading Talent Acquisition across 7+ countries
- Strong background in Global BPO / Customer Operations / GCC hiring
- Expertise in high-volume hiring along with technology recruitment
- Proven ability to lead large recruitment teams and drive hiring strategy
- Experience hiring across North America, India & the Philippines
- Strong stakeholder management and workforce planning capabilities
- Passion for leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and modern recruiting technologies to transform Talent Acquisition

- Global Talent Acquisition Strategy
- High-volume Operations & BPO Hiring
- Technology & Corporate Hiring
- TA Transformation & AI Adoption
- Recruitment Leadership Team (5 Direct Reports - 60+ Indirect Team Members)
