
We're Hiring: Vice President - Talent Acquisition (Fintech)
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic VP - Talent Acquisition to lead hiring for a high-growth fintech organization. This role will drive end-to-end talent strategy, enabling rapid scale across technology, product, risk, and business functions in a competitive and regulated landscape.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth
- Lead hiring across tech, product, data, risk, compliance, and operations
- Build and strengthen the employer brand to attract top fintech talent
- Drive data-driven recruitment using metrics, analytics, and market insights
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring roadmaps
- Optimize recruitment processes through technology, automation, and innovation
- Build and lead a high-performing TA team
- Ensure a strong focus on diversity, quality, and candidate experience
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong exposure to fintech, BFSI, or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of scaling teams in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of tech and digital hiring landscapes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in building TA functions, processes, and teams from scale-up to maturity
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- MBA or equivalent preferred
