- Develop and execute the India talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives, workforce planning, and talent forecasting.

- Manage and optimize a team of 60+ recruiters and TA professionals across regions and business units.

Technology & Innovation

- Champion AI, automation, and digital recruitment tools to optimize sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.

Cost Optimization

- Own and drive TA budget efficiency through strategic vendor management, recruitment marketing ROI, and reduced dependency on high-cost channels.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and delivery heads to ensure alignment of hiring priorities and workforce planning.

People Leadership

- Build and mentor a high-performing, digitally savvy TA team with strong operational discipline and business partnership capability.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 15-20+ years of progressive TA experience, with at least 5 years leading large-scale BPO/BPM or high-volume hiring operations.

- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
