Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our Contract Staffing division at Peepal Consulting.


The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition/consulting, strong expertise in IT, Analytics, RPO, and Non-IT hiring, and a proven ability to scale business accounts.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who combines deep recruitment expertise, client relationship management, and business growth acumen to take our contract staffing business to the next level.

Location: Bangalore.

What We Are Looking For:

- Passionate individuals with proven experience in Talent Acquisition.

- Managed business accounts with annual revenue of 80 lakhs to 1 crore.

- Led and mentored teams of 15+ members.

- Expertise in IT, Analytics, RPO, and Non-IT recruitment.

- Proactive problem-solvers focused on enhancing client experience and processes.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.

- Skilled in client and candidate engagement, talent strategies, and business development.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting hiring goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and meeting client hiring needs.

- Client Management: Manage and expand client accounts, build strong relationships, and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies.

- Business Growth: Drive revenue growth by offering innovative talent solutions, managing business accounts with annual revenue of 80 lakhs to 1 crore.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15-20+ recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with client and business goals.

- Data & Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics, generate timely reports, and provide insights to optimize processes.

Qualifications:

- MBA in HR/Marketing or B.Tech. in any discipline.

- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a consulting environment.

- Proven experience managing teams of 15+ members and business accounts with significant revenue.

- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
