Opportunity for VP - Talent Acquisition for Bangalore location An esteemed client of Innoquest Consulting, a BPM service provider, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to be based in Bangalore. Role & responsibilities: - Lead strategic and operational hiring across global corporate functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, etc.) with a strong focus on leadership and niche roles. - Leverage deep executive search expertise to identify, assess, and attract high-caliber senior talent. - Drive hiring outcomes across India, the US, and ASEAN geographies with sensitivity to regional talent dynamics, labor laws, and cultural nuances. - Partner closely with CXOs, Business Heads, and HR Leadership to understand workforce plans, succession needs, and critical talent gaps. - Build and manage a high-performing team of recruiters; coach and elevate their sourcing and assessment capabilities. - Deploy structured hiring toolkits including competency frameworks, executive assessments, and benchmarking strategies. - Own candidate experience, ensuring high-touch engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle. - Utilize data and market intelligence to inform search strategy and improve process effectiveness. - Maintain strong compliance with global hiring norms and internal governance practices. Qualification: - 15-18 years of experience in corporate hiring and executive search, with demonstrated success in filling senior leadership roles. - Strong exposure to global hiring, particularly in the US and ASEAN regions. - Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of recruiters and talent partners. - Deep knowledge of labour markets, compensation trends, and cultural hiring nuances across geographies. - Highly effective in managing senior stakeholders with strong influencing and advisory skills. - Adept with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and market mapping techniques. - Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with a strategic lens. - Flexibility to work in the 2 PM - 12 AM IST shift to align with global stakeholders.
