Were looking for an experienced Supply Chain Delivery Manager (VP) to develop and execute global supply chain strategies across multiple categories, geographies and business areas. In this highly visible role, youll support innovation, enhance customer experience, and deliver supply chain solutions aligned with organizational cost, risk and performance objectives.

What Youll Do:
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement integrated global supply chain strategies covering the full contract lifecycle across diverse spend categories.
- Shape and lead supply base development, including managing key strategic suppliers, identifying new suppliers and enhancing supplier performance.
- Plan and prioritize resources to ensure efficient delivery and effective management of the supply base.
- Exercise contract and financial signing authority within delegated thresholds.
- Build and lead strong networks across the supply market and external organizations, generating insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive stakeholder management strategies to deliver exceptional supply chain services.
- Develop a deep understanding of business functions and design solutions that meet, challenge and strengthen operational requirements.
Skills & Experience Youll Need:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement or vendor management.
- Strong commodity and supply market knowledge across multiple supply chain categories.
- Degree-level education or equivalent; professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS) preferred.
- Proven experience leading strategic and business-critical supplier relationships and delivering sustainable improvements.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end sourcing processes.
- A strong track record of taking ownership and resolving issues within a supply chain services environment.
- Experience implementing varied supply chain models such as offshore, outsourcing, utility, and make-versus-buy.
- Knowledge of contract law and legal aspects relevant to supply chain.
- Experience in cost management, financial governance, and working in Agile environments.
