Vice President - Supply Chain & Operations

Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Supply Chain & Operations leader to drive end-to-end supply chain strategy, operational excellence, and large-scale transformation across manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and distribution. The role will partner closely with the leadership team to optimize cost, improve service levels, and build a resilient, scalable supply chain aligned with long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, manufacturing coordination, warehousing, logistics, and distribution

- Define and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business and growth objectives

- Drive cost optimization, working capital improvement, and inventory efficiency

- Lead vendor development, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations

- Oversee S&OP / IBP processes to ensure demand-supply alignment

- Champion operational excellence, lean initiatives, and process standardization across locations

- Lead digital transformation initiatives including ERP, TMS, WMS, planning and analytics tools

- Build and mentor senior leadership teams; ensure strong governance and performance management

- Manage risk, compliance, and business continuity across the supply chain

- Collaborate with CXOs and cross-functional stakeholders to enable business scalability
