Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Lead the formulation of the companys long-term strategy, aligning with market trends and business goals.

- Identify growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets, including product diversification and geographic expansion.

- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Business Development:

- Drive the exploration of new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances.

- Lead initiatives to enter new markets, launch new products, and enhance the companys market positioning.

- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures to support strategic growth.

Market Analysis and Forecasting:

- Conduct in-depth market research to anticipate industry shifts and emerging trends.

- Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict market demand, competitive dynamics, and growth potential.

- Provide strategic insights to the executive team based on data-driven analysis.

Operational Alignment:

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated into operational plans.

- Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

- Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and adjust plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Leadership and Team Management:

Financial Analysis and Budgeting:

- Present strategic plans and financial forecasts to the board of directors and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Communicate strategic plans and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education: Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in strategic roles, preferably within the automotive industry or related sectors.

- Proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies.

- Strong understanding of the automotive market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
