Vice President - Strategic Sourcing

- The Vice President - Strategic Sourcing will lead the organization's end-to-end sourcing and procurement strategy, driving cost optimization, supplier partnerships, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation.

- The role will work closely with leadership, finance, operations, and supply chain teams to align sourcing strategies with business growth, profitability, and sustainability goals across domestic and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute enterprise-wide strategic sourcing and procurement roadmap aligned with business objectives

- Lead category management, supplier consolidation, and long-term supplier partnership strategies

- Drive cost reduction initiatives through negotiation, should-cost analysis, and value engineering

- Oversee supplier performance management, contract negotiations, and SLA governance

- Manage sourcing risks related to supply continuity, quality, compliance, and geopolitical factors

- Collaborate with finance on budgeting, savings tracking, and working capital optimization

- Lead digital transformation initiatives in sourcing (e-sourcing, SRM, analytics, automation)

- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, ESG, and ethical sourcing standards

- Build and mentor high-performing sourcing and procurement teams across locations

- Support new product launches, CapEx sourcing, and make-vs-buy decisions
