VP - Strategic Alliance - NBFC - Co-Lending Partnership Management

Job Description:

Co-Lending Partnership Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with co-lending partners (Smaller NBFC).

- Negotiate and finalize co-lending agreements.

- Ensure seamless coordination with partners for loan origination and servicing.

Loan Origination and Processing:

- Source new partners and business through partner networks.

- Evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and recommend approvals for NBFC landing.

- Conduct due diligence, verify documents, and ensure compliance for DA

Risk Management & post disbursement transactions

- Monitor loan portfolio performance, identify potential risks.

- Implement risk mitigation strategies, ensure provisioning.

- Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to RBI and other regulatory guidelines.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes.

Internal Stake Holder Management:

- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations).

- Provide training and support to partner staff.

- Achieve business targets, meet productivity standards.

Post disbursement MIS:

Includes:

Education: CA /CFA/ MBA-Finance

Skill Set (Must):

- Strong understanding of co-lending models, regulatory framework.

- Proficient in credit assessment, risk management/NBFC landing.

Skill Set (Desired):

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Good understanding of Banking and Operations

Technical Skill: MS Office

Professional Certificate (If Any): Risk Management and Credit Analysis Certificates

Experience Range: 5 to 8 Years
