Vice President - Sourcing - IT Managed Services

Our client is a Global Investment Management Firm with operations across the globe. As part of global sourcing team, they are actively seeking an experienced individual at Vice President grade, to be part of their APAC Team leading the IT Managed Services Sourcing.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and execute India Sourcing & Category Strategy aligned with global goals.

- Responsible and accountable for planning and leading sourcing initiatives across IT Contingent Labor, IT Managed Services, and Consulting Engagements.

- Able to lead execution and application of vendor management in the IT Managed Services categories, aligned to the Vendor Relationship Management Framework and Global Sourcing Services and Process Landscape.

- Knowledge of competitive opportunities within all assigned categories and identify operational and cost savings to benefit the Firm.

- Manage the full RFP lifecycle to include drafting the documentation, evaluation / analysis phases, bidder reviews interviews, contract negotiations etc.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- At least 15+ years of Sourcing and Procurement experience in similar financial services industry.

- Solid experience in covering IT Contingent Labor, IT Managed Services, and Consulting Engagements categories.

- Strong communication and influencing skills required to be successful in this role.

- Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output.
