Role Overview:

We are hiring a seasoned Solutions Leader with a core focus on pure-play solutioning (non-delivery). This role involves working closely with clients to understand business challenges, designing consultative solutions, and driving deal wins across the insurance domain.

This is an individual contributor role initially, with the opportunity to build and lead a small solutioning team.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Solutioning & Consulting:

- Lead end-to-end solutioning for client requirements across insurance domain

- Understand customer pain points and design tailored, consultative solutions

- Drive proposal creation, pricing, and deal structuring

Client Engagement & Deal Closure:

- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and present solutions

- Build strong value propositions and win themes

- Support deal pursuits and contribute to successful closures

Market Coverage & Growth:

- Work across multiple geographies/markets delivering consultative solutions

- Handle a diverse portfolio of 50+ enterprise customers

- Contribute to expanding solution capabilities and market reach

Collaboration & Leadership:

- Work with consulting, sales, and delivery teams for solution validation

- Build and mentor a small team (1-2 members) over time

Key Requirements:

- 18 - 25 years of experience in hardcore solutioning (no delivery focus)

- Strong background in consulting or practice teams

Hands-on experience in:

- Solution design & architecture

- Pricing and commercial structuring

- Proposal writing and deal support

Exposure to Insurance domain:

- P&C (mandatory)

- Life & Annuity

- General Insurance

- Experience in handling large enterprise clients and multi-deal environments

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
