Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Solutions Leader with a strong background in insurance domain solutioning to drive complex, large-scale engagements for global clients. This role requires deep expertise in building strategic solutions, engaging with senior stakeholders, and supporting high-value deal pursuits across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Strategy & Architecture:
- Lead the design and development of complex, large-scale solutions for global insurance clients
- Build innovative, scalable, and commercially viable solution frameworks
- Drive end-to-end solutioning across multiple service lines and geographies
Client Engagement & Deal Support:
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and transformation goals
- Act as a trusted advisor during RFPs, deal pursuits, and strategic discussions
- Partner with sales teams to build winning proposals and solution narratives
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide leadership in solution strategy, proposal development, and deal structuring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including delivery, consulting, and technology
- Mentor and guide solutioning teams to enhance capability and consistency
Key Requirements:
- 15- 20 years of experience with a strong core in solutioning (non-delivery focused)
- Proven track record in building large-scale, complex solutions for global clients
- Strong leadership experience in solution strategy and client engagement
- Deep expertise in Insurance domain (P&C mandatory)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working with global consulting / IT services firms
- Exposure to multi-million dollar deal solutioning
- Experience working with UK or international clients is an added advantage
- Strong commercial acumen and pricing strategy understanding
