Requirements:
Experience:
- 8+ years in software engineering with at least 4 years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience managing systems that handle millions of daily requests for large-scale audiences.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Python, Django, React, AWS, Kafka, and related technologies.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures, and microservices.
- Ability to make high-level architectural decisions and guide the team through complex technical challenges.
