Skills Required -
- Experience in Solutioning (Hard core Solutioning , No delivery) required
- Solutioning experience in either (BFSI / P&C / HiTech / Travel / Healthcare) is a MUST
- Experience in Consulting or someone who has been part of Practice Team
- Working on Direct Solutioning, Understanding Requirements, preparing Solutions, winning deals, understanding customer pain points.
- Working on EMEA APAC Markets, Providing Consultative Solutions
- Atleast 15+ years of experience in Solutioning, Pricing, Proposal writing
- Ownership of cross capability solutioning
- Share, define, develop, and implement a strategic and technical solutioning framework
- Lead solutioning team strategy and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
- Coordination with Capability specific pre-sales teams for creating winning solutions.
- Lead and expand the solutioning in support of client partner
