Overall Purpose of the Job: Drive end-to-end project execution for a large scale high rise (Tall structure) project commercial / residential / hotel and ensure seamless and timely delivery within defined standards of cost and quality, by effective project management

Job Responsibilities:

- Works closely with Chief Project Officer, leadership team and other stakeholders to develop the project management framework and sign off on the Engineering brief

- Drive continuous improvement, value engineering and innovation across all project operations

- Manage the finalization of Project Drawings by coordinating with the Architecture team & various consultants to review and revalidate the project drawings

- Prepare a broad Project Plan based on the inputs provided and approvals from business leadership, and also provide inputs to the planning department in detailing the project plan in terms of activity level break down, timelines, project risks, etc

- Prepare risk mitigation strategies/action plan for each identified risk including credible/ alternate backup options and implement and ensure adherence to the same

- Undertake Contractor Empanelment by verifying the detailed scope of work for various contracts required for the project based on the BOQ document, quality levels and timelines as per the project plan and thus ensure finalization of best possible contractual terms and conditions

- Deliver project in short time frame with high standard of quality.

- Monitoring the Procurement of Material/ Equipment by ensuring adherence to agreed delivery quality, quantity and schedule and take corrective measures

- Define policies, practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Project's operations and ensure adherence to the same by respective departments

- Define the quality assurance and quality control (QA/ QC) norms to ensure all construction activities adhere to the expected quality standards

- Responsible for all statuary compliances related to HSE as defined by regulatory authorities under all applicable labor laws/ statutes, etc., and ensure safe and healthy environment for all project personnel

- Ensure all Licenses/ No objection Certificates (NOCs) required as per the project life-cycle are obtained from various Government agencies before commencing construction.

- Minimum Experience- At least 5 years of Leadership experience in leading the Project Execution of large scale Residential/Hospitality projects within the Real Estate industry.

- Sound understanding of Real Estate/ Construction/ Development industry

- Experience of Leading High rise residential / Luxury Villas / Hotel projects mandatory. Experience in leading Infra projects like Rail, Road, Airport, Metro etc would not considered.

- Should possess strong project management skills

- Good knowledge of contract documentation and management

- Only BE Civil / B Tech Civil candidates would be considered.

- Candidates who are above 50 years of age would not be considered.
