We are seeking Senior Private Banker for one of the established Asset Management Company (AMC) which focuses on managing high-net-worth client portfolios, providing investment advice, and building strong client relationships, while also adhering to compliance and regulatory. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth (HNI) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. - Understand client financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives. - Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice. Investment Management: - Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to client needs. - Monitor market conditions and make timely investment adjustments. Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. - Identify and manage investment risks. Business Development: - Identify and acquire new clients. - Cross-sell other financial products and services to existing clients. - Achieve sales and revenue targets. Skills and Qualifications: Education: The candidate should be full time MBA/PGDM, with specialization in Finance with relevant work experience Experience: Proven 8+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or asset management. Skills: - Should have excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of investment products and financial markets. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Should be passionate about Wealth Management and impacting clients. - Should have the DNA for client centricity and quality. - Skills and be a good team leader & team player.
