We are looking for a VP/ Sr VP - operations for our client based in mumbai

Looking for ONLY MUMBAI based candidates with 15 years plus experience

The Vice President/ Senior Vice President will be responsible for driving end-to-end operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer experience across the Payment Aggregator ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in digital payments, merchant lifecycle management, risk operations, and high-volume transaction environments.

- Risk, Fraud & Compliance

- Merchant and vendor management

- Customer Service Management

- AI , digital and technology experience

- Managing the RBI guidelines

Ideal Profile:

- Candidate should have experience managing large teams

- Should have worked in Fintech or payments or banking industry

- Should be well versed with Risk and compliance guidelines

- Should have experience in managing vendors and 3rd party merchant vendor

Qualification:

- 15 years + in fintech, payments, or banking.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred.
