Overview :

A leading Payment Aggregator and FinTech organisation is looking for an experienced operations leader to drive business growth and operational excellence across its digital payments ecosystem.

Role Overview :

The Vice President/ Senior Vice President will be responsible for driving end-to-end operational excellence, scalability, regulatory compliance, and customer experience across the Payment Aggregator ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in digital payments, merchant lifecycle management, risk operations, and high-volume transaction environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute operational strategy aligned with growth targets.

- Build scalable processes for high transaction volumes.

- Drive KPIs including uptime, success rates, and efficiency.

- Oversee onboarding, KYC, and activation.

- Ensure compliance and seamless onboarding experience.

- Manage payment processing across cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.

- Ensure reconciliation and settlement accuracy.

- Implement fraud prevention frameworks.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.

- Drive service excellence and improve satisfaction metrics.

- Collaborate with tech teams for automation and system reliability.

- Optimize operational costs and improve unit economics.

- Build and lead high-performing teams.
