Vice President/Senior Vice President - Investment Banking - Financial Institutions Group

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions.

- Oversee financial modeling, valuation, and regulatory capital analyses.

- Manage transaction processes, including due diligence and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Support client relationship management and contribute to origination through idea generation and pitching.

- Develop sector expertise and monitor regulatory and market developments.

- Manage, mentor, and review Analysts and Associates; allocate resources across deals.

- Collaborate with M&A, ECM, DCM, and global FIG teams to deliver integrated solutions.


Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

- 7+ years of investment banking experience with FIG exposure and demonstrated transaction and client leadership.

- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring skills.

- Deep understanding of financial institutions, regulatory capital, and balance sheet dynamics.

- Strong client-facing, communication, and people management skills.

- Established relationships within the financial services sector.

- Track record of successful deal execution and revenue contribution.

- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
