Vice President/Senior Vice President - Investment Banking - Digital and Enterprise Technology Sectors

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Vice President / Senior Vice President to join our Investment Banking team with a focus on Digital and Enterprise Technology sectors. The ideal candidate will bring strong client relationships, deep sector understanding and proven deal execution capabilities across the investment banking lifecycle.

This role is suited for professionals who have experience working with both enterprise technology clients and digital-first businesses and who can independently originate and execute the IB transactions end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development and client acquisition across Digital and Enterprise Technology sectors.

- Manage and grow relationships with founders, CXOs, investors, and strategic stakeholders.

- Lead end-to-end execution of investment banking transactions including fundraising, M&A / PE advisory, strategic partnerships, financial structuring & capital markets (ECM).

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within the technology ecosystem.

- Provide strategic advisory support to clients on growth, capital raising and market positioning

- Coordinate with internal teams on financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, transaction documentation and investor outreach

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall franchise growth

Key Requirements:

- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Transaction Advisory

- Strong exposure and network in Digital and Enterprise Technology sectors

- Existing relationships with digital-first companies, founders, investors and ecosystem stakeholders

- Demonstrated experience in deal sourcing and successful transaction closure across the full deal lifecycle

- Entrepreneurial attitude with strong relationship-building skills with high ownership mindset and execution capability.

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation capabilities

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred
