Vice President/Senior Vice President - Investment Banking - Corporate Finance

Responsibilities:

- Lead all regulatory related aspects of capital market transactions including back-up documentation, due diligence etc.

- Plan & lead in execution of capital market transactions such as IPO, Open offer, Rights issue, Delisting offer, Preferential Allotment, Buyback offer etc.

- Ensuring back-up checking of regulatory compliances for capital market transactions.

- Coordination with transaction lawyers and syndicate teams.

- Lead preparation, updation and customization of organization books & pitch presentation for capital market transactions.

- Business understanding & In depth financial analysis of key companies in the sector.

- Data mining for diligence, market practices etc. with the help of team staff

- Ensured continuous support to the team in diligence and review of various deliverables.

- Co-ordinating with clients and other parties for achieving desired timelines for various activities.

- Timely turnaround of deliverables to ensure achievement of planned filing and other deal timelines.

- Coordinating with stock exchanges and SEBI.

Key Result Areas: Process Management & Transaction Support, Collateral presentation for Corporate Finance, Subject Matter Expertise & Knowledge

Experience:

- Ideally should have 7-9 years relevant experience in a reputed law firm or corporate finance team of IB.

- Candidates having past experience in handling Public Issue/IPO of Bonds/Debentures would be preferred.

Qualification: CA, CS, MBA, Law degree from Tier I / II institutes in India.

Salary Bandwidth: Depending on candidate's background and experience
