
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to join a leading organization in our Dubai office as a Vice President / Senior Vice President of HRBP. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary strategic partner to the executive leadership team, translating complex business objectives into high-impact human capital strategies. You will oversee the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle, ensuring that our organizational culture remains agile, compliant, and high-performing. By bridging the gap between operational requirements and talent initiatives, you will drive business growth, foster deep employee engagement, and ensure our regional operations align with global standards of excellence. This role requires a sophisticated leader capable of navigating a diverse, multicultural environment while steering large-scale organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with long-term business goals to ensure sustainable organizational growth.
- Partner with C-suite executives to provide data-driven insights on workforce planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting to optimize resource allocation.
- Lead complex employee relations and conflict resolution initiatives to maintain a positive, high-trust work environment across all departments.
- Oversee regional HR compliance and policy development, ensuring all practices adhere to local labor laws and international best practices.
- Design and implement robust talent management frameworks, including succession planning and leadership development, to build a future-ready workforce.
- Champion employee engagement programs that enhance retention and productivity, reflecting the unique cultural nuances of the Dubai market.
- Facilitate organizational design and change management projects to improve operational efficiency and team collaboration.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, leveraging deep expertise in strategy consulting to influence executive decision-making.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale HR budgets and financial forecasting, with a sharp focus on ROI and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Advanced proficiency in HR compliance and policy governance, specifically within the regulatory framework of the UAE.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex workforce data to drive actionable talent management and engagement strategies.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
- High degree of adaptability and professional maturity, with the ability to thrive in an on-site, high-stakes leadership environment in Dubai.
- Years of experience: 12-15+ years.
- Pedigree: Tier 1 B schools like XLRI/XIMB/TISS/SCMHRD/JBIMS etc. are preferred.
- Open to look at candidates from India who are willing to relocate to Dubai (we will cover relocation expense as per company policy).
- Candidates should be from Wealth/AMCs are preferred.
- Open to look at MNC banks from Wealth/Private Banking exposure.
