Position - VP / SVP - Credit & Risk Head.  Reporting - CEO - NBFC.  Business - MSME.  Location - Mumbai.  Role -   1) Formulate and implement Robust Enterprise Risk Management Framework to address Credit Risk, Operational Risk, IT Risk, and Liquidity Risk, Environment Risk (Industry, Geography, Govt. Policies, and Regulatory Policies).  2) Structured Review & Feedback Mechanisms and timely reporting to various stake holders.  3) Timely Roll-Out and update of various Policies & Manuals in line with regulatory changes and business requirements.  4) Predictive Risk Management Techniques - Use of CIBIL Scrub, Stress-Test scenarios, Portfolio analytics etc. to identify early signs of stress, market specific delinquencies etc.  5) Responsible for formulation Underwriting Framework - TAT, MIS, Bounce Rates.  6) Early Bucket delinquency management etc. in line with Business Plan.   7) Responsible for Digital Tools like Credit Scores etc. to enhance productivity  - Develop & Maintain Monitoring Mechanism.  8) Periodic review of approving authority in light of audit scores, hind-sighting reports, process compliance, delinquencies and bounce rates, business requirement etc.  9) Maintaining TAT in line with strategy.  10) Publish MIS on timely basis to maintain the Portfolio hygiene.  11) Conducting Branch Audit Scores and also Responsible for Regulatory Compliance & Branch Audit Scores.  12) Adequate staffing and manpower in line with the business requirement, consistent training and development of the team to ensure delivery in line with the organizational objectives.  Experience - 8 to 15 years.  Industry - NBFC (Only).  Education - CA.  Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.  Interested candidate can contact - Ms. Trupti Malik - +919029006247.
