Role Summary:

We are seeking a high-impact VP/SVP of Growth & Marketing to lead and scale all growth and marketing efforts across the organization. This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on-responsible for managing the marketing P&L, optimizing customer acquisition cost (CAC), maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and directly influencing the company's top-line revenue.

You will build and lead a world-class team, architect the growth engine across paid and organic channels, and partner closely with cross-functional leadership (product, finance, operations) to create and execute high-ROI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing P&L Ownership:

- Take full accountability for the marketing budget and spend efficiency. Own the allocation, ROI analysis, forecasting, and rebalancing of budget across all channels to drive sustainable revenue growth.

2. Revenue & CAC Efficiency:

- Drive company revenue growth while systematically lowering CAC through rigorous optimization of customer journeys, channel efficiency, targeting, and funnel conversion strategies.

3. ROAS Optimization:

- Establish, track, and optimize ROAS across all paid media channels. Drive aggressive testing to scale high-performing campaigns while pruning low-ROI activities.

4. Strategic Growth Planning:

- Define and execute the company's growth strategy, balancing short-term results with long-term brand-building initiatives. Build a structured experimentation framework and set clear OKRs.

5. Full-Funnel Growth Execution:

- Own and optimize acquisition, conversion, retention, and reactivation efforts across performance marketing, SEO, email, content, referrals, affiliates, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.

6. Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Ops to align growth strategies with product improvements, pricing, LTV expansion, and customer experience.

7. Performance Management & Analytics:

- Set up marketing performance dashboards. Rigorously track KPIs, including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel conversion rates. Report transparently to executive leadership and investors.

8. Team Building & Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Growth & Marketing team. Hire functional experts across paid, lifecycle, content, and analytics.

9. Channel Mix Strategy:

- Continuously evaluate and restructure the mix of paid ads, affiliates, and organic channels to ensure scalability and cost-efficiency.

10. Customer-Centric Campaigning:

- Leverage customer insights to craft compelling, omnichannel campaigns and storytelling that resonated convert.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven track record in leading growth and marketing at a fast-paced, scaling company.

- Deep experience owning marketing budgets and making data-backed investment decisions.

- Strong analytical and financial acumen with an obsession for CAC, ROAS, and unit economics.

- Expertise across growth channels: performance, SEO, CRM/lifecycle, content, and partnerships.

- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

- A relentless focus on outcomes and a bias for action and experimentation.

- Executive presence with experience reporting to C-level leaders and board members.
