Vice President/Senior Vice President - Fund Services

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned strategic leader to join our organization as a VP/SVP of Fund Services. In this high-impact role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of fund administration and accounting services for a sophisticated portfolio of Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients. You will act as the primary point of escalation and strategic partner for global stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless service delivery. By leading large-scale cross-functional teams, you will drive business growth, optimize operational workflows, and ensure that our service standards consistently exceed the complex requirements of institutional investors and fund managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the comprehensive fund accounting and administration lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely NAV reporting for complex Hedge Fund and Private Equity structures.

- Cultivate and maintain deep-rooted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and fund managers to ensure high client retention and identify opportunities for service expansion.

- Spearhead large-scale operational transformations and technology integration projects to enhance efficiency and reduce risk across the fund services ecosystem.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and professional growth.

- Oversee regulatory reporting and audit processes, ensuring full compliance with global financial standards and internal governance frameworks to protect the firm's reputation.

- Collaborate with global business heads to define and execute the long-term strategy for the fund services division, aligning operational output with broader organizational financial goals.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in managing complex financial instruments and fund structures, with a deep understanding of the nuances between Hedge Fund and Private Equity accounting.
