Vice President/Senior Vice President - Cost & Budgeting - Real Estate

Role Details

- Prepare and maintain detailed project cost plans from concept through to completion.

- Monitor and manage project budgets; track committed costs, actuals, and forecasts (EAC).

- Conduct monthly Earned Value Analysis (EVA): CPI, SPI, TCPI, and variance reporting.

- Manage cost reporting to senior management including trend analysis and cash flow forecasting independently.

- Coordinate with projects to arrive cost-to-complete projections periodically.

- Benchmark project costs against market norms and previous comparable projects.

- Review variation orders, understand the reason, arrest similar issues across projects if any.

- Develop and maintain a rate library/cost database for all construction disciplines.
