Vice President/Senior Vice President - Banking & Fund Raising - CA

Open Roles (Delhi-Based):

Education - Chartered Accountant (CA)

Years of Experience - 15+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fund Raising

- Raising fund (Debt.) for new and existing projects

2. Banking relationship rationalisation:

Introduction of new Banks

- Coordination and follow up for completion KYC documents, Board resolutions / other approvals and providing information/explanation required

- Liaisoning with existing and potential lenders/banks, attending meeting with Lenders.

3. Financial planning - which includes maintaining optimum mix of Long- and Short-Term Loan, ensuring availability of funds to meet the business requirements, obtaining most favourable terms for the company particularly pricing, Financial Concurrence on the Business Decisions, etc.

4. Relationship management with credit rating agencies

5. Development of Finance MIS system.
