Key Responsibilities:
- The Vice President and Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations, ensuring that performance metrics and service delivery standards are consistently met.
- This includes driving operational efficiency through process re-engineering, automation, and best practice adoption.
- The role will involve developing and executing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration across functions, and supporting business growth initiatives.
- A critical aspect of this role will be managing and mentoring large teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring employee engagement and retention.
- The candidate will also be responsible for establishing governance frameworks, monitoring key KPIs, and ensuring continuous improvements in productivity and service quality.
- They will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring delivery of superior services while building long-term partnerships.
- The Vice President and Senior Manager will also oversee regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring operations align with applicable laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews will be key components of this responsibility.
- In addition, the candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to prepare forecasts, budgets, and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle management, accounts receivable management, or a related financial services domain
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and lead large teams across multiple functions
- Proven experience in strategic planning, operational excellence, and process improvement initiatives
- In-depth understanding of revenue cycle operations, accounts receivable processes, and regulatory compliance within the financial services or healthcare sector
- Strong client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships
- Proficiency in relevant technology platforms, management tools, and financial reporting software
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions to complex challenges
