Vice President/Senior Manager - Compliance - Banking

Compliance Role (VP/Sr.Manager)

Location: Mumbai

We're looking for experienced compliance professionals to join our team and partner closely with business, product and operations teams in driving strong regulatory governance and customer-centric practices.

Role Focus Areas:

Credit Cards Compliance:

- Strong understanding of RBI guidelines on credit cards, including issuance and conduct regulations

- Deep knowledge of the end-to-end credit card lifecycle and operational processes

- Experience reviewing product structures, customer journeys, onboarding flows (including add-on cards), marketing communications and over-limit processes

- Act as a strategic compliance partner supporting audits, regulatory inspections and implementation of regulatory changes

Third-Party Products Distribution Compliance:

- Provide end-to-end compliance advisory for distribution of third-party products such as mutual funds and insurance

- Interpret and apply regulations issued by RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and AMFI

- Review and approve product structures, sales journeys and marketing materials to mitigate regulatory and conduct risks

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across all customer touchpoints

- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and ongoing regulatory change management

Who We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in compliance within banking/financial services

- Strong regulatory knowledge and ability to translate guidelines into practical business solutions

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
