Vice President - Sales


Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Vice President Sales to lead revenue growth, sales strategy, and market positioning across our real-estate portfolio. This is a leadership role with hands-on execution, responsible for building a high-performing in-house sales engine while nurturing a strong channel partner ecosystem, maintaining an optimal 70:30 Direct-to-Channel sales mix.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

- Drive quarterly & annual sales targets across all projects

- Ensure strong launch momentum (25 sales at launch) and sustained velocity post-launch


Team Building & Leadership:

- Build and lead in-house teams across Marketing, Pre-Sales, Closures & CRM

- Drive performance culture with 80% target achievement and low attrition


Channel Partner Network:

- Onboard & manage RERA-registered channel partners

- Build strong relationships while controlling channel contribution within 30%


Market Intelligence & Positioning:

- Conduct competitive analysis, pricing strategy & USP definition

- Align pricing and sales velocity with real-time market data


Marketing & Brand Direction:

- Oversee marketing collateral, creatives & brand messaging

- Ensure all marketing assets are approved and released on time


Budget & ROI Ownership:

- Manage sales & marketing budgets within 2% of project sale value

- Monitor ROI, incentives, and expense efficiency quarterly


CRM, Process & Compliance:

- Establish strong lead management SOPs with zero leakage

- Ensure 100% CRM compliance and quarterly audits


Legal & Documentation Alignment:

- Finalise EOIs, booking forms & CP agreements with Legal

- Ensure zero deviation from approved documentation


Events & Brand Engagement:

- Plan & execute Channel Partner meets and sales events

- Ensure high engagement from top-performing partners


Reporting & Governance:

- Present weekly dashboards and monthly management reports

- Drive corrective actions through variance analysis


Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 12+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales Leadership

- Proven success in project launches & sell-outs

- Strong exposure to direct + channel sales models

- Excellent leadership, negotiation & stakeholder management skills

- Data-driven mindset with strong CRM and process orientation
