Role Summary :
The Vice President Sales will lead revenue generation, sales strategy, and market positioning across real estate projects. The role involves building a strong in-house sales team, managing channel partners, and ensuring optimal sales performance with a 70:30 direct-to-channel sales ratio. The position requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive overall sales strategy and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and manage in-house sales teams and channel partner network.
- Ensure strong sales velocity and healthy lead conversion.
- Conduct market mapping, pricing strategy, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor sales MIS, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams for smooth closures.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and internal processes.
- Represent the brand in client meetings and industry forums.
Candidate Profile :
- MBA / PGDM preferred; Bachelors degree mandatory.
- 1218+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong exposure to team handling and channel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
