Minimum 15 Years of experience in real estate firm, with at least 8-10 years in a leadership role handling premium residential sale would be ideal

Brief role:

- Provide strategical inputs to develop and manage prospective client/customers interested to invest in the company's real estate product and develop new revenue generation options for the organization and ensure efficient customer service/satisfaction, thus enabling the organization to meet its business plan and objectives

- Custodian of customer experience, enhancement, complaints, reduction, and customer satisfaction, planning and defining the possession and handover process to ensure smooth and seamless possession

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for revenue generation as per timeline and budget set by Management. Preparing sales budget and sales; Launch for new launches as per timeline set by management.

- Formation and implementation of the sales and brand strategy in bracket pricing, sales velocity, product design, and inventory control route to market launch timings.

- Responsible for market survey and competitor analysis, preparing survey reports and new market trends and keeping management updated on key development in relevant Market/s.

- Assist the sales team to generate revenue by periodic and timely launch of campaigns, promotions andevents, newsletters and communications, brochures etc. and generating leads via media planning and passing of prospective leads to sales department for follow-up and closure

- Retaining and developing existing client relationships that result in new referral sales and maximizing revenue potential.

- Maintaining relationship with Channel Partners & helping them to close the deals.

- To ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquiries, so as to maximize sales conversion through direct closure

- Ensure adequate productivity of the sales staff and working constantly to increase the conversion ratio

- Oversee the day-to-day sales activity, management of team, allocation of resources, etc.

- Empanelment of property consultant/agencies, negotiate terms and conditions and propose best deal/incentive to post sales and enhance revenue generation.

- Authorize/approved sales transactions, provide decisions to staff relating sales review and approve special cases/deviations, discounts, etc. for management approval, analyses competitive sales and existing market trends and advice management on special promotion schemes/rate, revisions, etc.

- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company, encouraging customer attention and customer loyalty, focusing direct communications with customers through the CRM monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies, ensuring maximum profitability

- To engage personally with direct customer Resolve dispute and retain them

- Monitor and control the sales budget and ensure that the approved budget is in control and there are no major deviations.

- Making presentations to the management on strategy planning, sales plan achieved, and future targets

- Create an implement SOP for the sales department and customer management to ensure best processes in the industry are being followed and increase customer satisfaction thus enhancing brand image and value.

- Create appropriate checklist as required to ensure proper and accurate documentation and information are being captured as required by industry norms.

- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and various BI reports sharing with management for better decision making and for new product development.
