Vice President - Sales & Operations - Manufacturing

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic business leader to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence for a leading manufacturing organization.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing key customer relationships, driving domestic and international sales, and delivering overall business performance.

The incumbent will lead commercial and operational functions, ensuring alignment between sales, production, supply chain, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Revenue growth, order intake, P&L management, business development, pricing, and customer retention.

- Manufacturing efficiency, quality, productivity, inventory optimization, and on-time delivery.

- The role will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects and high service levels.

- The position requires driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, process excellence, and operational KPIs while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

- The individual will lead and develop cross-functional teams, establish performance accountability, and foster a culture of collaboration and execution.

- The role will partner with senior leadership on business planning, budgeting, growth initiatives, and strategic decisions.

- Engineering graduate with 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing and industrial businesses.

- Possessing strong commercial acumen, customer orientation, operational expertise, and a proven track record of scaling businesses and leading high-performing teams.
