About the Role:
We are hiring a dynamic VP Sales to lead and scale the offline business division for a fast-growing EdTech organization. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue, expanding physical/center-based operations, and building high-performing sales teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the growth strategy and P&L for the offline business vertical
- Build, lead, and mentor large on-ground sales teams across multiple cities
- Drive admissions, conversions, and revenue targets through innovative GTM initiatives
- Strengthen center operations, student acquisition funnels, and regional performance
- Identify new markets, scale center expansions, and optimize channel productivity
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Ops to ensure seamless student experience
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and develop actionable insights
- Establish strong sales processes, MIS, and performance reporting mechanisms
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 11-15+ years of experience in Sales; strong preference for EdTech, Education, Test Prep, Coaching Centers, or Consumer/Service B2B industries
- Proven experience in scaling offline/center-based businesses
- Strong team leadership skills; ability to manage large distributed sales teams
- Data-driven, target-oriented, and execution-focused
- Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning abilities
