
1. Role Overview:
- The role demands expertise in outsourcing sales, solutioning, and end-to-end deal management across Voice, Non-Voice, Technical Support, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Travel, and Back-Office processes.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
- Own revenue targets and deliver consistent quarter-on-quarter growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for US, UK, Australia, Middle East, and other global markets.
- Drive pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal closures.
B. New Client Acquisition
- Identify, qualify, and acquire international clients for outsourcing services.
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting - solutioning - proposal - pricing - contract negotiation - closure.
- Build relationships with CXO/VP/Director-level stakeholders.
C. Account Expansion
- Expand share of wallet in existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell BPO services.
- Collaborate with operations, transition, and delivery teams to ensure service excellence and stable growth.
D. Solutioning & RFP Management
- Lead solution design for BPO offerings including FTE, transaction-based, and outcome-based models.
- Respond to global RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with high-quality proposals.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations to build competitive pricing models.
E. Leadership & Team Management
- Manage and mentor a geographically distributed sales team.
- Build a high-performance, target-oriented sales culture.
- Implement sales best practices and automation tools (CRM, pipeline governance, tracking dashboards).
F. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track global outsourcing trends, competitor movements, and client needs.
- Develop strategies for entry into new verticals and geographies.
- Represent the company at global events, conferences, and networking forums.
3. Required Skills & Experience
A. Experience
- 15+ years in International BPO Sales, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of closing large multi-million-dollar BPO deals.
- Strong network of enterprise clients in the US/UK/Australia/Middle East.
- Experience in selling services across industries such as Banking, Travel, E-commerce, Retail, and Fast-Track Growth Companies.
B. Technical & Functional Skills
- BPO solutioning across Voice/Non-Voice/Tech Support/Back Office.
- Strong knowledge of BPO pricing models (FTE-based, Transaction-based, Outcome-based).
- Expertise in RFP/RFI responses and global contract negotiations.
- Excellent understanding of BPO operations, SLAs, KPIs, and transition models.
C. Leadership & Behavioral Competencies
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence CXO-level leaders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High energy, target oriented, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead multicultural and geographically remote teams.
4. Education
- MBA preferred (Sales/Marketing/International Business).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
