Founded by IIT Bombay alumni, we're an AI-powered hiring automation platform that helps companies screen, engage, and interview candidates 10x faster using voice, WhatsApp, and ATS-integrated AI agents. We're already working with leading enterprises like Zydus Lifesciences and fast-growing mid-sized companies across India.

- We're now looking for a high-performing VP of Sales to scale our enterprise adoption and build the revenue engine for the next phase of growth.

What You'll Do:

- Own the growth charter - define and execute the go-to-market strategy across enterprise and mid-market segments.

- Build and lead a sales team - from outbound SDRs to enterprise account managers.

- Drive predictable revenue - establish clear funnels, conversion metrics, and quarterly sales targets.

- Close enterprise deals - manage CXO-level conversations and complex solution selling cycles.

- Refine the pitch - work with the founders to evolve the product positioning and commercial model as the market matures.

- Collaborate cross-functionally - with marketing, product, and customer success to drive adoption and retention.

- Scale partnerships - identify and onboard channel partners, consulting firms, and HR tech integrators.

What We're Looking For:

- 7-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS or HR Tech sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets in enterprise sales.

- Strong business acumen and ability to navigate long, consultative sales cycles.

- Excellent communication and executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.

- Prior experience building a sales playbook or leading GTM for a fast-growing tech company.

- Energy, curiosity, and hustle to operate in a startup that's moving fast.
