Urgent Leadership Hiring | Vice President - GCC | Mumbai (15-20 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic and globally experienced sales leader to drive GCC business growth across international markets.

Key Requirements

- 12-18 years in international B2B / enterprise sales

- Strong GCC / Captive / Shared Services sales experience

- Proven track record in large enterprise deal closures

- Exposure to global markets and CXO stakeholder management

- Background in staffing, outsourcing, BPM, consulting, or tech services preferred

What Youll Drive:

- Global GCC Sales Strategy: Lead and execute the global sales strategy for GCC clients across key international markets.

- Enterprise Client Acquisition & Partnerships: Drive new enterprise client acquisition and build strategic partnerships with decision-makers.

- Revenue Growth Across International Markets: Own revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting high-value global opportunities.

- Strategic Account Expansion: Expand existing strategic accounts through deeper engagement, cross-selling, and long-term relationship building.
