As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a dynamic Vice President - Sales to drive revenue strategy, accelerate market expansion, and build a high-performance sales organization.
Role Overview :
The Vice President - Sales will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's revenue strategy, driving enterprise sales, and scaling global market presence. This role requires a strong strategic leader with a "hunter" mindset, capable of owning revenue targets, building sustainable client partnerships, and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue Strategy & Growth Leadership :
- Own and drive overall revenue targets and sales performance.
- Define and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead new business acquisition and expand market presence globally.
- Identify growth opportunities across FMCG, Electronics, HPC, BPC, and D2C sectors.
- Build scalable revenue models and growth frameworks.
Enterprise Sales & Business Development :
- Lead enterprise sales, strategic deal-making, and high-value closures.
- Build and scale outbound sales engines (prospecting, partnerships, GTM strategies).
- Oversee the complete sales lifecycle - from pipeline creation to deal closure.
- Develop compelling value propositions tailored to enterprise clients.
Leadership & Team Building :
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team.
- Define KPIs, performance metrics, and incentive structures.
- Coach teams on deal strategy, negotiations, and account expansion.
- Drive a culture of performance, ownership, and accountability.
Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion :
- Develop and manage strategic alliances, channel partnerships, and ecosystem collaborations.
- Strengthen enterprise and mid-market relationships.
- Identify and expand into new geographies, industries, and growth segments.
Sales Operations & Excellence :
- Drive pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and revenue predictability.
- Implement and optimize CRM systems, sales automation tools, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams for successful onboarding and retention.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to refine strategies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 12-18+ years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue leadership.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong experience in B2B/D2C business models.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise sales and closing large deals.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools.
- Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.
