As the VP - Sales & Diagnostics, you will lead the sales function, guide a high-performing team, and play a key role in achieving the company's strategic goals.

What You'll Lead:

- Achieving sales objectives & commercial targets

- Setting quarterly & annual sales goals

- Motivating and mentoring the sales team

- Building strong business pipelines with Labs, Doctors & Healthcare Centers

- Lead generation, doctor meetings & business development

- Negotiating contracts & establishing new business

- Meeting both business & scientific needs of healthcare professionals

- Maintaining detailed records & preparing sales reports for leadership

What You Bring:

- 5-10 years of experience in Sales (Diagnostics/Healthcare preferred)

- Excellent communication & email writing skills

- Strong leadership & team management capability

- Ability to engage professionals across the healthcare ecosystem
