We are hiring a Head sales leader/VPSales to drive revenue growth, build scalable sales processes, and lead high-performance teams for a consulting-led, B2B services organization.
The role involves owning end-to-end sales strategy, enterprise client acquisition, and long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead and scale a team of sales and account management professionals
- Drive new business acquisition across mid-market and enterprise clients
- Build strong C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships
- Collaborate closely with consulting, delivery, and leadership teams
- Establish robust sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting mechanisms
- Identify new markets, offerings, and revenue opportunities
- Ensure consistent achievement of revenue and margin targets
Desired Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within consulting, strategy, research, analytics, or professional services
- Proven experience in leading large sales teams and complex deal closures
- Strong exposure to enterprise and global clients
- Ability to operate in a fast-growing, high-ownership environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
